Q1. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Ribbon Select uses the Sagepay Payment System which uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, which ensures that no  third parties can impersonate Sagepay to obtain secure information.

Q2. How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is out of stock you will receive email notification from Ribbon Select. In most cases delivery will still be made within one week. If you need stock details before ordering, please phone us on 01295 660017 or email sales@ribbonselect.com.

Q3. How will my delivery be made?

All Ribbon Select orders are shipped by courier with full insurance and full traceability online, but at an ordinary service price.

Q4. How can I find out which ribbon is suitable for my card printer?

We have tried to indicate on our product descriptions which printers each ribbon will work with. We have also included a Ribbon Guide for Zebra ribbons. Q5. Are the ribbons branded?

All of Ribbon Select’s ribbons and products are genuine parts. We do not sell cheaper and less reliable alternatives – some of which have been found to damage the printer. All of our products are covered by the manufacturers’ guarantee.
